SPE Capital acquires majority stake in Vital
Private equity firm SPE Capital has bought a majority stake in Tunisian nutritional supplements producer, Vital, to grow its product portfolio, boost sales and marketing and drive international expansion.

The firm invested in the company via its SPE AIF I fund as part of its overall strategy to support the healthcare and wellness sectors in North Africa; and complements its recent investment it has made in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing and fitness sectors in the region and beyond.
