Rand Agri Holdings to acquire JVD

Rand Agri Holdings, a company that trades raw bulk grain commodities (soybeans, yellow maize and white maize) has been given the green light to approve JVD and JVD IP, a grain-trading company that connects buyers and sellers of grain by-products. These include products such as soybeans meal, sunflower oil cake and wheaten bran to produce animal feed. It buys grain by-products from millers and processors which it sells on to animal-feed producers, which are its main clients. It does not have milling operations of its own.

It also trades grain by-products used for animal-feed production and is involved in the entire agricultural value chain from farm to fork.

Rand Agri Holdings is owned by Lidonet Investments, ETG Investments SA and ETG Agro Products. The holding company’s subsidiaries are: Rand Agri, Rand Agri Farming, Rand Agri Milling, Rand Agri Milling Properties
