Haul247, a Nigerian logistics platform, has raised a USD 3mn debt and equity seed round. Alitheia Capital invested equity capital through the Umunthu Fund, which it manages in partnership with Goodwell, while Investment One provided USD 1mn in debt financing.
Founded by Sehinde Afolayan (CEO), Tobi Obasa (CTO) and Akindele Philips (CFO), in 2020 the company enables small and large businesses to book trucks and warehouses in different African countries. It has over 1,000 trucks on its platform and approx. 151,000 square metres of warehouse space.
