The new ‘everything commerce’ platform caters to South African companies seeking to buy, sell or both. While bidorbuy previous domain was solely the marketplace, the merged entity enables sellers to use their own sales channels such as websites and other platforms.

US-based blockchain co. buys Nigerian peer
PowerDFI, a US-based blockchain financial startup has bought Naijacrypto, an all-in-one cryptocurrency exchange to have access to its digital infrastructure.
The Nigerian crypto-currency exchange has recently expanded its operations to include select African markets and the United Kingdom.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
